Michelle obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Brandon University in 2018 before receiving her Juris Doctor from the Faculty of Law at the University of Manitoba in 2021. She completed her articles with the Firm then joined as an Associate after receiving her call to the Bar in 2022.
 

Michelle maintained a place in the Brandon University Dean’s Honour List from 2015 to 2018 and was the Brandon University Silver Medal Recipient in Philosophy. During law school, Michelle earned a place on the Dean’s Honour List in 2020.
 

Michelle has been active in the community, volunteering her time at various non-profit organizations in Brandon and Winnipeg, including Westman Immigrant Services and The Welcome Place. She is currently the vice president of the Western Manitoba Bar Association (WMBA) and a board member of YWCA Westman.
