Profile

 

Shawn studied business at Brandon University before being accepted into law school in 2019. He graduated with Juris Doctor degree from the Robson Hall Faculty of Law at the University of Manitoba in 2022. During his studies, Shawn was inducted into Brandon University President’s Honour Society from 2017 to 2019, and earned a place on the Dean’s Honour List in each of his years of studies. He was placed on the Robson Hall Faculty of Law Dean’s Honour List in 2021.

Shawn completed his articles with Meighen Haddad LLP then joined as an Associate after receiving his call to the Bar in June 2023.  He has done volunteer service for the Westman Immigrant Services Legal Help Clinic and Enactus Brandon where he competed in national showcases across the country.
