Profile
Jill has focused her practice primarily on family law. She assists her clients in resolving issues related to their separations and divorces, including parenting arrangements, child support and spousal support arrangements, and the division of family property. Jill has substantial experience helping her clients resolve their family matters through negotiated separation agreements and the court system. Jill’s family law practice also includes preparing cohabitation/prenuptial agreements and handling uncontested adoptions for her clients. In addition to her family law practice, Jill also handles real estate transactions, estate planning, and estate administration matters for her clients.

Jill studied in the Faculty of Arts at Brandon University before receiving her Juris Doctor from the Faculty of Law at the University of Manitoba. She articled with the Firm and has been an Associate with the Firm since receiving her Call to the Bar in 2019.
​
​Jill is currently a representative for the Western/Dauphin region of the Manitoba Bar Association Council and is a Past President of the Western Manitoba Bar Association. Born and raised in Brandon, Jill enjoys giving back to the community. She is currently a member of the Board of Directors for the YMCA of Brandon and volunteers her time at various local organizations throughout the year, including the Women’s Resource Centre. In her spare time, Jill can generally be found at the Y, out for a walk with her husband, or on the golf course.
