Derek focuses on residential and commercial real estate and also has significant experience in arbitration and court matters, including shareholder disputes, estate litigation and construction litigation.

 

Derek received his undergraduate degree from Carleton University and the University of Manitoba in 1993. He finished his law degree from the University of Victoria in 1997. Derek began as an Articling Student-at-Law student prior to joining the Firm as an Associate in 1999. He became a Partner in 2003.
