50 years of service in the legal industry

Meighen Haddad LLP would like to congratulate and recognize Warren Barber, K.C. as he marks his 50 years of distinguished service in the legal industry.

Warren’s 50-year career has seen him represent clients on countless commercial and real estate transactions as well as probate and estate matters. Over the course of his career, Warren has long advised family businesses, private and public corporations and partnerships. He is widely respected across Western Manitoba for his wealth of knowledge and experience and proven track record of success. Warren has developed a significant insolvency practice and enjoys a long-standing relationship with the Firm’s farm, business and municipal clientele in our Deloraine satellite office.

Warren received his post-secondary education at the University of Western Ontario and graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Manitoba in 1974. He served his articles with Meighen Haddad LLP and has practiced with the Firm since his admission to the Bar in 1975.  He was appointed as King’s Counsel in 1991.

Warren's dedication, expertise and commitment to the legal profession have been instrumental in the continued success of the Firm.
