Elia carries successful legal practice in the Town of Killarney and acts as counsel to various businesses, municipalities, financial institutions, organizations and individuals in and around the Killarney area. His practice focuses on commercial and real estate transactions as well as probate and estate matters, corporate matters and agribusiness. He has a wealth of experience and expertise in advising and representing the Firm’s clientele in and around the Killarney area.

 

Elia is a graduate of the University of Saskatchewan and was called to the Manitoba Bar in 1988. He was a partner at Heming & Arraf Law Firm in Killarney from 1991 to 1997. The law firm was then acquired by Meighen Haddad LLP in 1997, and Elia subsequently became an Associated Partner.
