Our firm provides both management side labour advice
and advice to individuals and employers on issues
such as wrongful dismissal and discipline.
Our lawyers have appeared before boards of grievance
arbitration, the Manitoba Labour Board and before
adjudicators appointed under the Canada Labour Code.
We routinely advise our management clients on discipline
and dismissal issues and we have represented our management
clients during collective bargaining and on certification
applications. In addition, we are called upon by our
corporate clients to advise them on policy development,
individual contracts of employment, and the interpretation
of collective agreements.
