matters relating to the law of insurance.
We are called upon to advise individuals as to their
rights under policies of insurance and to represent
them in disputes with insurance companies. Our practice
encompasses both private insurers and public insurers
such as Manitoba Public Insurance and Manitoba Crop
Insurance.
We also represent a number of insurance companies
defending claims brought by insured individuals, and
advise them with respect to the determination of claims.
