Based in the Brandon office, Shannon Bayes is Meighen Haddad’s Business Manager. Shannon brings over 10 years leadership experience of helping business achieve financial, operational and strategic goals.
Focusing on financial leadership, business strategy and human resources management, Shannon provides solutions for the firm. This includes planning, development, implementation and evaluation of human resources strategies, analysis of firm financial health and budgets as well as liaising with various outside organizations including auditors, marketers, government agencies and groups within our community. Working closely with lawyers and staff, Shannon uses her knowledge to ensure the firm operates smoothly.
Shannon was designated a Certified General Accountant (CGA) in 1999 and has achieved her Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in 2010. Shannon is committed to her community and volunteers on the Westman Chapter CGA Board, her daycare Board and her local community rink.
