Elia Arraf is a graduate of the University of Saskatchewan and was called to the Manitoba Bar in 1988. Elia was a partner of the firm of Heming & Arraf, Killarney, Manitoba, from 1991 to 1997. In 1997 Heming & Arraf was acquired by Meighen Haddad LLP and Elia became an Associated Partner.

Elia carries on a successful legal practice in the Town of Killarney and acts as counsel to various businesses, municipalities, financial institutions, organizations and individuals in and around the Killarney area. His practice focuses on commercial and real estate transactions as well as probate and estate matters, corporate matters and the agribusiness.

He has a wealth of experience and expertise in advising and representing the firm’s clientele in and around the Killarney area.
