Education: University of Manitoba, Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) (1984); Bachelor of Law (1987) Call to the Manitoba Bar (1988) Blair’s practice is focused on corporate, commercial and agribusiness organizations and transactions, estate and succession planning issues, financing and security matters, real estate transactions, and business conflict resolution.

Blair’s community involvement includes service as Chairman of the Boards of the Brandon and Area Community Foundation and the Brandon Family YMCA, National Board membership with YMCA Canada, and pro-bono legal counsel for various not-for-profit community groups.

Blair has also participated in the Isaac Pitblado Lectures and served as a Learning Group Facilitator for the Bar Admission course of the Law Society of Manitoba.
